What counts as the identical trip
The same supplier, ship or resort, travel dates, cabin or room category, number of travelers and included extras such as flights, transfers or onboard credit. If any of these are different, it is a different trip, and we will gladly quote the same trip for you.
What counts as a public price
A price anyone can book at the time you send it to us, from a supplier or another travel seller, including taxes and fees. It must be current and bookable, not an expired offer or a private rate.

What counts as the identical trip?
The same supplier, ship or resort, travel dates, cabin or room category, number of travelers and included extras. The lower price must be publicly available and bookable at the time you send it to us.
How do I request a price match?
Call us at 718-887-7887 or send us a link or screenshot of the lower price through our contact form. We verify it and confirm your matched price.
What if I find a lower price after I book?
Contact us before final payment. We will check whether the supplier allows a price adjustment on your booking.
Does the Price Match Promise cover airline tickets?
The promise covers cruises, resorts and packages, tours and hotels. For airline tickets, we compare published, sale and contracted fares to find you the best price.
Do I pay a fee for a price match?
No. There is no fee to request a price match, and no extra booking fees on cruises, packages and tours.
